MOSTRUST -- Manyoni Orphans Sponsorship Trust -- is represented in the United States by MOSTRUST USA, a 501c3 nonprofit corporation organized under the provisions of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986. All contributions are tax deductible.

The purpose of MOSTRUST USA is to help AIDS orphans in the Rift Valley of central Tanzania, East Africa, by supporting them financially to meet their basic physical, educational, social and spiritual needs. Ten percent of the Tanzanian population has AIDS, with deaths of both parents resulting in the casualty of countless AIDS orphans. The ministry of what is now MOSTRUST USA began in 2004 when Cindy and Bill Page were asked to help by Bishop Alpha Mohamed, founder of MOSTRUST Tanzania and, at the time, the Bishop of the Anglican Diocese of the Rift Valley.

Orphans live with extended family – usually elderly grandparents or aunts and uncles – in their own homes, and their care and education is paid for by MOSTRUST through the generosity of sponsors and donors. Funds from MOSTRUST USA are used to provide food, clothing, education and medical/dental care that the orphans’ caretakers cannot afford. In addition, funds cover the costs of counseling, evangelism, spiritual formation, and the administration and management of MOSTRUST Tanzania.
